Webmaster's note:  I don't have much information about this project, yet.  As I get the info, and hopefully find more photos, I will post it.  What I do know is that this project won the 1987 ASCE Orange County Project of the Year award and the California Geotechnical Engineers Association 1987 Outstanding Project Award.
